XROS Pod Kit | Vaporesso

XROS Pod Kit, pronounced 'cross', is an easy-to-use vape kit by Vaporesso. The XROS Pod Kit is like the Uwell Caliburn and popular Juul but performs better, in our opinion, and is loved by the Australian vaping community.

Xros mod - adjustable airflow!?

The next reigning king of portable pod systems is here! The Xros, a small, slim and compact pod kit that is housed in an elegant, alloy uni-body has mouth-to-lung (MTL) vapers rejoicing with its adjustable airflow that makes true MTL action possible.

MTL is where you inhale and hold the vapour in your mouth briefly before inhaling to the lungs, similar to how you would smoke tradition cigarettes. In saying that, this kit is also capable of direct-lung (DL) vaping, where you inhale straight to the lungs, with its ability to fully open up the airflow, albeit it is a restricted direct lung hit.

Honestly, we think you'll be comfortable with this device whether you like MTL or DL vaping. It's great as a back-up device too or perfect for beginner vapers!

Charging has been made easy too with the up-to-date Type-C port, delivering 1 amp fast charge to the generous internal 800mAh battery. It only takes 45 minutes for a full charge!

The Xros pod

Ease of filling can make or break your experience when it comes to pod systems. Thankfully, the brains at Vaporesso understood this and delivered. You can single-handedly press/push across the mouthpiece of the Xros pod and it comes off to expose the fill port which you can fill without removing the pod, yay! Plus, the filling port is guarded by a silicone membrane to avoid leaking incidents if the mouthpiece happens to be removed by accident in one's pocket or bag.

Just make sure when you are filling it up that you don't accidentally put e-liquid in the hole where the coil is when refilling. You may flood the coil, which can cause you to suck up e-liquid when you try to vape. You can place a few drops of e-liquid in the coil when its a brand-new pod to help soak the cotton (also called priming a coil), then fill the pod and let it sit for five minutes before vaping.

You can easily see your juice level through the pod's exposed, clear-plastic portion to minimise accidental burning of the coil when your e-liquid runs out.

The flavour? Well, the pods consist of a meshed heating coil which brilliantly delivers flavour and a decent lifespan.
